What are the registration fees and deadlines?

Are there any discounted fees?

Yes, we offer different types of discounted fees to EADV Members and Trainees (under 35 years old) / Students (under 35 years old) / Nurses. You can also apply for a Reduced Registration Fee.

What is a Proof of Status?

Any participant who wishes to register as Trainee (< 35 years old) or Student (<35 years old) is required to upload a valid Proof of Status to validate the registration.

The age limit of the Trainee/Students applicant is 35 years old. Valid Proof of Status must be received within the published deadline.

Kindly find here below the mandatory requirements that a valid Proof of Status needs to meet:

  1. It must be issued in English;
  2. It must be issued on official hospital or university letterhead;
  3. The date of issue has to be not older than 6 months starting from the registration date;
  4. It must clearly state your role within the institution, practice, etc.
  5. It must display the applicant’s full name and date of birth;
  6. It must mention the beginning and the end of the residency (for trainees only);
  7. It has to be signed by hand (no electronic signature) by the head of department (hospital or academic institution) confirming the status of the applicant;
  8. It has to include the following head of department’s details: full name, department, email address and telephone number;
  9. It must be accompanied by a copy of the ID card or passport of the applicant (please, make sure the document is understandable to international readers).

How do I register myself/another person/a group?

Online registration is the only way. You will first need to sign up and/or create your account. For more information, please check the published Registration Instructions.

I AM AN INVITED SPEAKER. DO I NEED TO REGISTER TO THE CONFERENCE?

Invited speakers of the EADV Spring Symposium scientific programme do not need to register for the conference since they will benefit from a free registration.


We kindly remind you that speakers of the abstract related sessions (Free Communications, Late Breaking News) and industry sessions will not have a waived registration.

Can I pay by American Express?

No. Credit card payments are only possible with VISA or MasterCard.

Can I pay by bank transfer?

Yes. Please check the methods of payment page to collect the relevant information. Please do not forget to specify the Order Number and Participant’s full Name on all remittances, otherwise your payment cannot be allocated. Payments by bank transfer are possible by 21 April 2021 only.

Can I cancel my registration?

All cancellations must be notified in writing (by email only) to the Registration Department (registration@eadvsymposium.org / group@eadvsymposium.org). The cancellation of participation is not refunded.

Can I make a Name Change in my registration?

Yes. Name changes for Individuals and Third-Parties are charged EUR 30 per person and are possible by 21 April 2021 only. Please submit your request by email to the Registration Department. Name Changes are also possible for Group Registrations in accordance with the published conditions and deadlines.

I am an EADV Member but I am not able to register with the member fee. What can I do?

Please, make sure your membership dues have been settled. Afterwards, sign in using your membership email address exclusively. In case of doubt, contact: membership@eadv.org

I am an EADV Member but have not renewed my membership yet. Can I still benefit from the member fee?

I am in the process of becoming an EADV Member but I am not sure that my membership will be activated by the deadline. Can I register as a Non-Member and ask for a reimbursement later on?

No. Participants submitting and paying their registration as Non-Members will not be entitled to reimbursement if, at a later stage, they become Members. To benefit from the Member registration fees, please apply no later than 2 weeks before the registration deadline, as it takes around 10 days to get a membership application approved. How do I know if I am registered correctly?

Registrations are considered as finalised only upon completion of registration, receipt of payment and all required documents (when needed).

Registration paid by credit card: a notification email along with an e-Voucher and invoice is automatically sent by the registration system upon successful payment of the registration.

Registration paid by bank transfer: a notification email along with an e-Voucher and invoice is automatically sent by the registration system once your bank transfer is visible in the EADV bank account.

If your registration is managed by a company, please refer to your contact person directly.

How can I access the live event?

– If you registered by yourself
Use the same credentials (email address and password) used for your registration.
If you don’t remember your password, retrieve it from here.

– If you have been registered by a Third-Party
The registration confirmation (e-Voucher) will be provided to you by the Third-Party managing your registration

-If you are part of a group
Depending on the Group Leader’s decision, you will either receive an activation email or an e-Voucher containing the needed instructions to set or retrieve your password.

Where can I access the live event?

Visit the EADV Virtual Symposium website and, from there, you will be redirected to the virtual event platform.
